Palm Springs Intl Film Festival

Event Info

The Palm Springs International Film Festival is one of the largest film festivals in North America. It is organized by the Palm Springs International Film Society. As the name suggests, the Palm Springs International Film Festival is all about movies. It brings together an international community of film lovers and filmmakers to celebrate the excellent outputs from the cinema industry for the year, including new and celebrated international features, documentaries, and the talents behind them.

The festival holds annually every January in Palm Springs, California. Unfortunately, the festival will not be welcoming the usual 135,000+ attendees this year. This is because the 32nd edition of the Palm Springs International Film Festival scheduled for January 2021 will not be holding.

However, the organizers are planning to host a Film Awards Presentation on February 25, 2021. The Palm Springs ShortFest (the largest film festival for short films in the United States) is still scheduled for June 22-28, 2021. More details about this to be shared by the Palm Springs International Film Society later.
