Event Info

The New Orleans Food and Wine Festival, which is known as the New Orleans Food & Wine Experience or NOFWE, is an annual event that held its first festival in 1998. This event was started by a group of various people in the food and beverage industry that had the passion to help the New Orleans food and wine scene grow. They decided that they wanted to create the best food and wine festival in the city and would donate 100% of the profits, excluding costs, to the local arts, wine, and hospitality industry. The first ever New Orleans Food & Wine Experience was hosted at the Sheraton Hotel and was a 4-day event that allowed them to donate $2,000 to 3 charitable organizations.

28 years later, this event welcomes nearly 7,000 attendees every year. Since its inception, the festival has brought in around $1.5 million for the local nonprofits supported by this organization. This is a unique festival that offers some of the best culinary experience in the area.

The New Orleans Food & Wine Experience will run from January 20th to June 16th, 2021. You can purchase a la carte tickets to this event directly from the event website.
